Most orders are delivered within 24 hours. Express delivery in Nairobi can be as fast as 2-4 hours depending on rider availability.
Address changes are only possible before the rider has been assigned. Please contact support immediately if you need to update your location.
Payments & Refunds
We accept M-Pesa (STK Push), PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery.
Refunds can be initiated via your order history page for returned items. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days.
